Cascadia Structural Timber Solutions employs Lean manufacturing to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. As a fabricator of glulam, timber, and heavy timber trusses, we continually improve our processes for accuracy and efficiency. Our production uses large-format CNC machines and advanced robotics, allowing us to fabricate up to one truckload per day with an average lead time of 4 weeks.
Mass Timber is the sustainable alternative to using Concrete and Steel on your construction site. Having been in the timber industry for the past 20 years we have the expertise to fabricate your glulam to whatever specification you are looking for.
The majority of timber and glulam products manufactured in our plant is Douglas Fir, harvested in Oregon, Washington and Idaho, home to some of the most stringent sustainabilty laws.
