At Cascadia, we have three large format CNC machines, each with unique capabilities that allow us to remove as much hand fabrication as possible. These include a K2i Hundegger, a Hundegger Robot Drive, and a custom-built 6-axis KUKA Robot. Each machine's unique capabilities allow us to flex our volume and beam size based on the requirements of each project. This combination of machine automation enables us to produce up to 16,000 board feet per day of our standard fabrication service of glulam and timber. It also allows for up to 100 lineal feet of standard trusses a day.
